Two freedoms embodied under the Right to freedom includes -

(1) Freedom of speech and expression,

(2) to assemble peacefully at a place and without arms.

Apart from these two points, there are at least four more. Article 19 of the Constitution defines the six basic types of freedoms.

Initially, there were seven freedoms as 'the right to property' was also there in them.

This particular freedom was taken off the list later on and was made a constitutional right under the article 300-A with the 44th Amendment Act.
