there is limitations in the right of freedom of speech and expression. You don't have the right to say whatever you want in someone else's home or other private setting. And, as an employee, believe it or not, you have no free-speech rights at your workplace. The Constitution's right to free speech applies only when the government — not a private entity — is trying to restrict it.

Freedom of speech and expression is fundamental right. It has certain limitations as follows:
- Freedom of speech and expression doesn't allow violence or illegal work. The right to freedom of speech and expression does not apply to speech that directly calls for acts of terrorism or other illegal behaviour on the part of others.
- Freedom of speech and expression doesn't give us freedom to attack specific group of people. Some nations have laws that specifically forbid hate speech, whereas others may use more general laws pertaining to incitement to violence or discrimination to do so. Freedom of speech doesn't mean we can give hate speech for anyone we want to.
