Needless to say, the earliest people were hunter-gatherers. Because they lived out in the open, they had to hunt other animals, gather plants and fruits to produce food. Animals in that period were very fast and quick. To survive amongst them meant that the earliest people had to be as quick, alert and to have a good presence of mind. Early humans had used their brain Power, innovation & Teamwork to dominate the planet

Explanation:

Tool Making

  • In early periods, the first humans existed and they had discovered the idea of making tools using stones and other items. Stone was the primary resource for the making of tools. Strong artifacts such as bones and wood have been used to make axes and for various other uses, as well as stones. Many of these stones are also used in India for grinding wheat to produce meal and spices. The use of these tools were multidimensional like:
  1. For cutting bones & meats.
  2. For scrapping tree bark & animals' skin.
  3. Chopping roots & fruits
  4. A few stones were fixed to bones & wood for them to work as  a axe/hammer.
  • The locations where people can get all the tools they could use, such as wood & stones for making tools were known as factory sites. People also had habituated on these sites. Such sites are known as habitation-factory  sites. Historians have discovered bigger stones & incomplete tools. Those are the evidence that the factory sites were there

Discovery of Fire

  • The invention of fire changed man's very cloth. This has definitely significantly altered human culture. After watching forest fires, people might have learnt to use fire. There could also be the possibility for people to learn to create fire by rubbing 2 stones together while they were shaping them. This was used for many reasons, such as cooking, forest clearance & for protecting themselves from animal. Evidence of early humans' use of fire marks in what way they had overcome their energy need.
  • They had discovered that "heating rocks" around a fire had brought out "impurities",  thereby making the rocks "easier to chip" into "stone tools". Fire also let people turn clay into hardened vases & ceramic pots, useful for storing & carrying water, food, or other items.
