the code of conduct is supervised by the Election Commission, it has the following rules:

1.No place of worship can be used by political parties for election propaganda

2.Government transport like vehicles,aircrafts etc can't be used.

3. No foundation or laying stone of a major policy or project can be declared after elections are announced.
