A PIL(public interest litigation) can be fill for many ways and some of them are-

1. When a person feel that his rights are been violated by the government.

2.When a person want to know about any law or anything related to public in detail.

Actually PIL or public interest litigation gives us a right to question government for the actions the government is taking.

2. when the people cannot get justice and they remain deprived of the utilization of their fundamental rights.
