Answer: As mentioned in the Constitution of India, there are some rights matching to French nationals.

(1). The rights of man in society are liberty, equality, security, property.

(2). Liberty is given to people in such a way that it doesn't injures other people.

(3). law is the same for all, whether it protects or punishes.

(4). Security is given to all as the right of each person.

(5). Property is only obtained as the product of someone's work.

(6). The one who is disallow to do something can not be allowed.

(7). No one can be accused until the case is drawn to the court.

(8). Those who are found guilty ought to be punished.

(9). No one can be punished until there are heard in the court.

(10). All treatment which increases the penalty fixed by the law is a crime
