Mention constitutional in the interest of sc and st

The constitution had provided many laws for the backward classes especially the sc,st also known as the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe respectively.this was done so that those people could be benefitted as they were a part of the weaker society. But nowadays some laws have been taken as it seems that it is acting as an advantage to those people. Hence the constotution had showed interest in the helping of sc and st but has gradually reduced
