Functions of Election Commission. (d) prepare electoral rolls for the purpose of elections to the office of President and to Parliament.] The Election Commission shall perform suchfunctions, in addition to those specified in the foregoing clauses, as may be prescribed by this Constitution or by any other law. The Election Commission has got thepower to conduct electrol rolls for all the elections of Parliament, State Legislature, Offices of President and Vice President. The Election Commission has the power of Superintendence, Direction and control over the preparation of the electrol rolls.
