Micronutrients are those nutrients we require in relatively small quantities. They are vitamins and minerals, and our good health requires them in milligram and microgram amounts. Vitamins and minerals are micro nutrients which are needed for our body in small amount but they have their importance for body.
Vitamin A - This vitamin is also known as Retinol, needed for Normal growth & development.
