in high altitude the air has low density so normally it's cooler as compared to lower altitudes

Answer: In low latitudes the the temperature is very high due to high insolation but in higher latitudes i.e far from the equator the temperature is very low in which there are only two seasons they are 6 months summer and 6 months winter
