Mention one experiment to demonstrate wave nature of matter

The wave nature of 'matter' or particles can be best demonstrated by neutron diffraction experiment. One remembers that the diffraction of light waves was explained by Huygen's wave theory and latter by electromagnetic waves diffraction. Lambda = h/momentum of neutrons.
