Mention some of the bad habits people follow in your society or community

Smoking:
Smoking is bad for your health. It is even more dangerous for non-smokers who inhale second hand smoke. Amid many health and anti-smoking campaigns, each year many young adults and teenagers start smoking because of peer pressure and the need to fit in with society. Smoking could just be a symptom of an already polluted society.
Being late for appointments
This is one of the more regular occurrences with people becoming more selfish and keeping people who are timely on hold. No one likes individuals who are late.
Texting while in a conversation
A big problem in society is the social media and messaging revolutions that has transformed people into gadgets instead of loving the humanity of face to face conversation. People now prefer to text a person in another town instead of chatting to their own mothers at home.
Worrying too much and negative over thinking
Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gets you something to do but gets you nowhere.
These days people overthink everything. From what to eat to what to wear each day. The extra stress and demanding lifestyle make this even worse. This in turn leads to negativity and depressing thoughts. The most important thing is to live life to the full. Whatever happens just happens.
Skipping breakfast
Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Statistics have shown that eating breakfast increases concentration levels, enhances endurance and lowers cholesterol levels. About 25% of the US population skips breakfast and we as South Africans are not far off. Be sure to stock up on some delicious muesli, oats or cereal before taking on another day’s work.
