 \bold{ \huge{ \underline{ \underline{BLOOD :-}}}}

=> BLOOD is a red colour liquid which circulates in our body . It is red in colour due to red pigment called HAEMOGLOBIN.

=> It is a connective tissue consist of fluid medium called PLASMA.

3 kinds of cell present in human blood are :-

 \bold{ \underline{ \underline{<br />RED \: BLOOD \: CELL :-}}}

• These cells are red in colour due to pigment haemoglobin. RBC ( Red Blood Cell ) don't have nuclei.

Function :-

◆ It carries oxgen (O2)from lungs to all the cells of the body and Carbon dioxide (CO2) from body to the lungs (same amount) .Most of CO2 is carried by plasma in dissolved.

 \bold{ \underline{ \underline{WHITE \: BLOOD \: CELL :- }}}

• These cells are white in colour . All WBC have nucleus though the shape of nucleus is different in different types of WBC.

Function :-

◆ These cells fight with infection and protect us from disease. They eat up germs which cause disease.

 \bold{ \underline{ \underline{PLATELETS :- }}}

• They are tiny in fragments of special cell formed in bone narrow. They don't have nuclei

Function :-

◆ They help in co - egulation of blood (Clotting of blood) in cut or wound.

Answer

Three kind of cell which are present in human blood and their function are as follows.

A. RBC (Red blood cell )
B. WBC (white blood cell)
C. Platelets.

Functions of RBC.

● Haemoglobin binds with oxygen and transports it to all the parts of the body and ultimately to all the cells.

● It will be difficult to provide oxygen efficiently to all the cells of the body without haemoglobin.

● The presence of haemoglobin makes blood appear red.

Functions of WBC:-

● The another type of cell are white blood cell (WBC). which fight against germ that may enter in our body.

Functions of PLATELETS:-

● the presence of another type of cells in the blood , called platelets.

● It helps in blood cloting.
