factors responsible for the failure of provisional government which was formed after Russian revolution include:

a. The first problem was the Petrograd Soviet which restricted people to obey the Provisional government without the permit of the Soviet. The Provisional government was ignorant about this matter.

b. Inflation and hunger were severe problems which the Provisional government failed to mitigate.It could not even end war.

c. The third problem was the peasants who siezed the lands of the nobles. The Provisional government send troops to recover the lands which created problems and chaos.

d. Russia was losing wars. The Provisional government executed many deserters which created hatred against the government.

e. The provisional government failed to suppress the Bolsheviks. Although the Bolsheviks launched protests against the government, they were not imprisoned in the name of freedom of speech.
