 \huge \bold \red{answer}

putting the values of a and b

 \frac{1}{2}   \times  \frac{3}{4}  =  \frac{3}{4}  \times  \frac{1}{2}

 \frac{3}{8}  =  \frac{3}{8}

l.h.s = r.h.s

then

 \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{3}{4}  =  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{1}{2}

 \frac{2 + 3}{4}  =  \frac{3 + 2}{4}

 \frac{5}{4}  =  \frac{5}{4}

l.h.s = r.h.s

Answer:

Associative Property of Rational Numbers =>

a + (b + c) = (a + b) + c

a * (b * c) = (a * b) * c

Distributive Property of Rational Numbers =>

a * (b + c) = ab + ac

a * (b - c) = ab - ac

Commutative Property of Rational Numbers=>

a + b = b + a

a - b ≠ b - a

a * b = b * a

a ÷ b ≠ b ÷ a

To check => a * b = b * a and a + b = b + a for a= 1/2 and b= 3/4

a * b = b * a

\frac{1}{2} * \frac{3}{4} = \frac{3}{4} * \frac{1}{2}

\frac{3}{8}  = \frac{3}{8}

L.H.S = R.H.S

a + b = b + a

\frac{1}{2} + \frac{3}{4} = \frac{3}{4} + \frac{1}{2}

\frac{4 + 6}{8}  = \frac{6 + 4}{8}

\frac{10}{8}  = \frac{10}{8}

L.H.S = R.H.S
