i) Bone itself consists mainly of collagen fibres and an inorganic bone mineral in the form of small crystals. Of its dry mass, approximately 60-70% is bone mineral. ... Most of the rest is collagen, but bone also contains a small amount of other substances such as proteins and inorganic salts.

ii) Cartilage is composed of specialized cells called chondrocytes that produce a large amount of collagenous extracellular matrix, abundant ground substance that is rich in proteoglycan and elastin fibers.

iii) Blood is classified as a connective tissue and consists of two main components: Plasma, which is a clear extracellular fluid. Formed elements, which are made up of the blood cells and platelets.
