●It is necessary to understand that demoracy is not simply Rule By majority opinion.The majority has to work with the minority so that the government functions to represent the general view. Majority and minority opinions are not permanent.

●It is so necessary that rule by majority doesn't not become rule by majority community in terms of religion or race or linguistic group etc. Rule by majority means that in any case of every decision or on case of every election, different groups or persons may and can form a majority. Democracy remains democracy as long as every citizen gas a chance to be majority at some point of time.
