Since storms use evaporated water to rain down, crops and plants would not get any water because there would be no storms. There would be a massive collapse of the food chain on land and humans would surely die out because there is no food. Rivers and creeks would cease to exist. Lakes would also dry up eventually from the water just soaking into the ground.
