Intoxicating liquors

Explanation:

Alcohol consumption is injurious to health. This statutory warning should clearly be printed on all packages. In India, the laws governing alcohol vary from state to state as it is a subject in the State List under the Seventh Schedule of the Constitution of India. Online sales of liquor is not permitted in India. It is sold at liquor stores, licensed restaurants, hotels, bars, pubs, clubs and discos. In some states, private parties are banned from owning liquor stores. Example: Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The state government is the only retailer of alcohol in these two states. While in some states like Goa, liquor can be sold at groceries, departmental stores, banquet halls etc. In Delhi, door delivery of alcohol is illegal but door delivery of beer and wine is permitted for private vendors and departmental stores.
