Factors- According to this pact, depressed classes should have the electoral reserved seat and these seats are out of general electorate such as Madras has 30 seats, Punjab has 8 seats, Bihar and Orissa has 18 seats and Bengal has 30 seats. All these seats are reserved for depressed classes.
