2) Human Rights: In a democracy, every individual is "entitled to some rights" which are enforced by the constitution itself. While sharing power, it is important to have it in mind that these rights are not undermined.
3) Solving conflicts: Power sharing arrangement has to work in such a way that no conflict arises regarding the rights and limitations of any institution.
4) Political liberty: Political parties and leaders should also have liberty to take decisions within the political framework.
