unemployment is amojor factor in the agricultural sector. Most of the families in the villages partcipate in agriculture.

Though many of them work, but the work is not very much so thus there arises disguised unemployment in this sector. Some farmers who groow seasonal crops remail unemployed for a long time during the year.
