1) Take the weight of the person in kg.
2) Then take the height of person in metres.
3) Divide the weight by the square of the height.
After doing all this we will get BMI of that person.
If this comes our to be less than 18.5 then person would be considered undernourished. However, if BMI is more than 25, then person is overweight.
