Answer

The first three clauses were said by Portia disguised as Balthazar and the last clause was said by Antonio

First clause Portia says Shylock that he can have his bond i.e. he can cut a pound of flesh from Antonio's body but without a lot of blood and Civics the link amount of flesh should be exact one pound

Second clause Portia says to Shylock be can only have a pound of flesh not more or less than a pound

Third clause Portia says since Shylock was going to kill Antonio be willbe punished

Fourth clause Antonio says that the property of Shylock must be given to Lorenzo and Jessica
