The constitution provides division of power among different organs. It states that no one including the president or the prime minister is above the law. It states that the heads of the state will also follow the procedures laid by the laws like coming to court etc.

The constitution protects the minority against the domination by the majority. It also protects individuals from government. Anyone who feels that his rights have been challenged or taken away can file case against anyone.
