In this agreement, most nation pledged to place out CFCs and halons by 2000. since then production and use of ozone depletion substances have been stopped. In refrigerator industry, now HFC(Hydrofluoric carbon) and HCFC (hydrochlorofluorocarbon) are used in place of CFCs.
