Function of each part of brain :
i. Cerebrum:
- It is a part of forebrain.
- It is associated with memory, intelligence, sensations like pain, touch, etc and activities of voluntary as well as involuntary muscles.
ii. Cerebellum:
- It is a part of hind brain.
- It is involved in the coordination of muscular body movements and posture and equilibrium maintenance.
iii. Medulla oblongata:
- Posterior most part of brain.
- It possess the "cardiac, respiratory and vasomotor" centers that control complex activities such as heart action, respiration, respiration, coughing, etc.
iv. Hypothalamus:
- Located below the thalamus
