The innermost layer of the earth is core .It is the most inaccessible part lying at the centre of the earth and is the densest part of the earth .The diameter of the core is about 7000 km and its temperature ranges from about 4400 degree celcius to about 6000 degree celcius .It is believed that it is composed of iron and nickel which is responsible for earth's magnetism .
