HLw user , here is your answer ....

GUSTATORY RECEPTORS  are those which help to taste , they are actually located in the tongue - these help an animal distinguish taste.

OLFACTORY RECEPTORS (Smell/Scent receptors) are located in the inner lining of the nose and help in perceiving smells.

As taste buds has taste receptor cells called as gustatory cells.these are located around the small structures papillae on tongue, upper surface of oesophagus.

As olfactory receptors are sensory receptors in sense of smell.these are present in olfactory epithelium- a patch of tissue in nasal cavity and also can be small area back of nasal cavity forming an olfactory epithelium.
