Mention the precautions to be taken then finding the image distance using concave mirror when an object is kept in front of it on its principal axis at different locations

The precautions during the experiment using the concave mirror are given below.

The first precaution is that the distant object should be placed in the area which is fully illuminated and therefore we are able to get the distinct image.

The next precaution is the screen and the concave mirror is straight row or you can say place parallel and be in the range of the measuring scale.

Next one, the distinct object and the polished side of the concave mirror should be facing each other.

The next is that, concave mirror should be place near the surface which is open having full sunlight like place near the window.
