1) in awadh the peasants movement led by Baba Ramchandra was against Talukadas and landlords

2) talukdar and land lords demand extremely high rent and a variety of other cesses from peasant .

3) peasants have to do begar for landlords they force them to do work without giving money .

4) peasants had no security tenure .

5) Thus being regularly evicted so they could acquire no right over the leased land
