Mention the reasons why yolk is just boiled egg is hotter than white layer?​

Explanation:

The yolk in a just boiled egg is hotter than the white layer. So if one were to remove the egg at the moment the yolk reached 140F, then allow the surface to cool enough to peel, either in air or under water, then the white would begin to cool, too...
