pepsin is a enzyme which is present In stomach....which digests proteins...

saliva is liquid in mouth which helps to swallow food

n bile juice break down fat molecules into globules .....and also provides basic medium for trips in to act on food.....

Bile juice ➡ Bile juice is used to make food alkaline from acidic . When food enters in small intestine from Stomach bile juice is released by pancreas. It also emulsify fat molecules .
