ABUNDANT source of fresh water is GROUNDWATER.
GROUNDWATER:- Water found in beneath the earth's surface is called groundwater. [water that are available underground of the soil or in pores or crevices in rock]
SURFACE WATER:- Water collected on surface of the earth is called surface water. It includes freshwater lakes, ponds, Wells etc.
