Mention the stages, an ordinary bill has to pass through.

The primary role of the Parliament is to discuss, debate, and pass bills. Once passed, a bill becomes an Act of Parliament. An ordinary bill can be introduced in either house — Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha (unlike a finance bill). It then has to be approved by both houses, and signed by the President.
A bill is the draft of an administrative proposition, which turns into law after accepting the endorsement of both the places of the Parliament and the consent of the President. There are four kinds of bills-normal bills, cash charges, account bills, and sacred change bills.
After a Bill has been presented, it is distributed in the Official Gazette. Indeed, even before the presentation, a Bill may, with the authorization of the Speaker, be distributed in the Gazette.
