The three major dimensions of poverty are Economic, Health and Education.

Low income or lack of income means, one is not able to buy basic products and services, required to sustain a basic living condition. The second dimension is when one is not able to get basic health facilities or afford the basic health care. Lack of education or the inability to study from the basic grade, upwards, is the third dimension of poverty.
