Without reading any other comments, I would have to say, combustion, absorption, and us. Now, when they say we inhale oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. They’re morons. Carbon dioxide is already in the air and if our bodies took in all the elements in the air instead of filtering and only using the oxygen, we’d be dead. Our lungs only oxygenate our blood in a continuous cycle.

Photosynthesis is the process by which plants make their food using chlorophyll present within them which aids in the trapping of sunlight. Once this process is over, as its chemical formula suggest, the plants are useful to us because pure oxygen is once again returned to the atmosphere.

three processes that use up oxygen: corrosion, combustion and decomposition..three processes that add oxygen to nature: diffusion, photosynthesis and decomposition again...
