➡️ in thermal power plant , first the water is stop by dam , it has POTENTIAL energy , when it release to fall upon the generator wings IT change into KINETIC ENERGY ( falling of water ) and the the ARMATURE moves it turn into MECHANICAL ENERGY. and motor change it into ELECRTICAL ENERGY .
