Glaciers may carve deep hollow like structure and may create different landscapes as they move and erode the rock underneath. d. They may result in the formation of cirque, which is a kind of depression created due to collection of snow. e. Glacier may also widens the exsiting valley resluting the formation of a U shaped valley. f. Glaciers may also transport huge chunks of rocks from mountain slopes, valleys etc. g. Also when glacier melts, it deposits its debris in different parts called moraines
