Indus:-
●It enters India in Ladaki and forms a picturesque gorge
●Severwl tributaries join it in Kashmir
●It has a genral slope with a lengthy of 290 km
Ganga:-
●Ganga is joined by many tributaries while entering the plains
●Its tributaries flood parts of plains annually ..helping to enrich the soil
● Ganga flows eastward till Farakka in West Bengal
Brahmaputra:-
●Rises in Tibet , very close to sources of Indus and satluj
●most of the courses lie in India , on reaching Bandha Barwa , it takes a U turn and enters india through a gorge
● It's Water Volume in Tibet is very lesswith less silt as it is a dry and cold area
