Heyya!
Three instances which are exceptions to the principle of "one person, one vote, one value" are
1. The denial of vote to people without property in the 18th century in Britain.
2. The denial of vote to women in many countries till the First World War.
3. Voting exercised during the election of the President of India. The electors are the MPs and the MLAs. The votes of all MLAs are not alike and depends upon the population of the state that they represent.
Hope it helps!☺️
