The Non-Cooperation Movement was a significant movement though lasted for a short while in the history of Indian independence movement against British rule.

It was inspired and led by Mahatma Gandhi after the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre and lasted from 1920 to February 1922.

Gandhiji called for a nationwide protest which included Indians resigning their titles; boycotting government educational institutions, the courts, government service, elections; refusing to pay taxes. and doing away eith English-manufactured goods, especially clothing.

Hope it helps and solves your query too.
