Three features of Cardiac muscles are:
1) Cardiac muscles have striated appearance.
2) Their cells are cylindrical,branched and uninucleate.The region of contact between two muscle fibres has intercalated discs.

2)in the area of union between the two adjacent cardiac muscle fibres, Zig-Zag junction called intercalated disc develop.They intercalated disc function as impulse booster.
