Deforestation affects wild animals, plants and humans in at least four distinct ways: via soil erosion, which can lead to clogged waterways and other problems; via water cycle disruption, which can lead to desertification and habitat loss; via greenhouse gas emissions, which contribute to global climate change; and via biodiversity losses, which can lead to extinctions and loss of natural beauty.

Heya !!!

Here is your answer,

Consequences of the larg scale deforestation

⭐ Climate change : A shift in climate belts is Ding felt all over the world as a result of deforestation. The summers are becoming hotter and rainfall in many parts is deficient.

⭐ Desertificatin : Deforestation leaves the soil naked and leads to soil erosion. Due to this, the soil becomes less fertile and, at the times, the lower rocks people become less fertile and, at times, the lower rocks layers are exposed. This leads to the formation of deserts.

⭐ Ozone depletion : Certain greenhouse gases, such as nitrous oxide accumulate in earth's atmosphere due to deforestation. These gases destroy the ozone that forms a protective shield in the form of ozone layer present in the atmosphere.

Hope it helps.
