TWO DEMERITS OF DARWINISM:

• In Darwin’s explanation, it was supposed that organism has variation according to favourable and unfavourable conditions.
• Natural selection was not given much importance and also some of the variations lead to disadvantageous result.  

EXPLANATION:

Darwinism theory was developed by Charles Darwin. It had the conclusion for the evolution of species. It has given many theories, some of them have objections.  The variation origin was the main mechanism of evolution. Also Darwin stated that evolution is a selective force rather than a creative force.
