• Government often provides large amount of lands for the establishment of the new industrial sectors.

Now,the government can easily provide lands of it's own choice and in this way the government can manipulate the location of the industrial establishment.

• Similarly,the government can do the opposite thing also they can prevent the formation of new industries in a particular region for various purposes.

This prevention is also an influence behind the location of industrial establishment.
