Answer:

1. President has to discuss his every dicison with prime ministers and council of ministers.

2. When the money bill is sent to President if he is not satisfied then he can resent it back to lok sabha for some changes but if sent the same bill again then he had to pass it. He can't reject it.

3. The president can ask council of ministers to reconsider it but if the same is given then is bound to act according to it.

4. He exercises only nominal power and that too on the advice if council of ministers

5. He cannot make laws , cannot interpret them
