Two ways of creating a form

  1. Create A Form From An Existing Table
  2. Create A Split Form
  • From a table or query that already exists in Access, create a form. In order to construct a form from a table or query in your database, click the table or query in the Navigation Pane that contains the form's data, then select Form on the Create tab.
  • In Layout view, Access constructs a form and shows it.
  • Launch the Navigation pane in order to build a split form.
  • Select the table or query on which your form should be based by clicking it.
  • Make the Create tab active.
  • Within the Forms section, click Split Form. An access split form is produced.
