Best motivation is the confidence and strength given to a student by his friends,teachers,parents and all elders during his failure
So it’s confidence, strength and also will power
these motivation from outside is temporary... until and unless u pledge to motivate urself frm inside no 1 can help

Failure is nothing big thing it's common and everyone is going to face it.
How you develop and learn from it is important. Hard work and inspiration can motivate you to try again and most important is self confidence
Over confidence is to be removed from mind.
