how the scene 1 ends?

It ends when Bassanio tells Antonio that he want some money from him to go to Belmont and Antonio saying back to him that at present his all money is invested in his ships and that he does not have any cash so he must go and talk to some other money lender and Antonio's name will help him to get a better amount.
